she finds deep fulfilment in supporting others, and the warm feeling that comes from helping people continues to furl her purpose and the vision behind Willow and Co.

HELLO WILLOW AND CO FAMILY!

I'm Megan! The Founder and Support Coordinator behind Willow and Co Inclusive Supports, and I wanted to share a little about why I chose this path.

My daughter is the reason I'm in the NDIS space. She was premature, adn at just two weeks old she contracted meningitis in hospital. That moment changed the course of her life and ours. It led to a long list of diagnoses over the years, with the most significant being cerebal palsy.

When we were first given an NDIS plan, we were handed paperwork but no real guidance. No one explained how to manage the overwhelm, what steps to take, or how to advocate effectively. I remember feeling completely lost at a time when I needed clarity the most.

That ecperience is what drives me today. I never want another family to feel like they're navigating this system alone. I want people to have someone on their corner, someone who listens, explains things clearly, and geniunely cares about the outcome.

And I bring the same strength and purpose to my team.

Every person at Willow and Co shares the same geniune care and commitment to helping. We show up with heart, with advocacy, and with the belief that people deserve support that truly makes a difference.

I get so much fufilment knowing I've had a positive impact in someone's life. It's the heart of Willow and Co and the reason I show up every day with purpose.

Thank you for being here and for supporting this community.
